About Student Exchange Australia New Zealand

At Student Exchange we create an environment in which people can and do make a difference. We are committed to attracting, retaining and developing high calibre individuals, responsible for programs that will enrich the lives of young people.

When you choose a career with Student Exchange, you will become a member of a committed team striving to deliver our mission. Student Exchange is an equal opportunity employer and encourages interest from a wide range of applicants.

Do you love to make a difference in young lives?

Whether you’re seeking to join us as a staff member or local coordinator, your commitment to Child Safety must be paramount. Underpinning all that we do are our efforts to ensure that our participants have a safe experience. We do this by identifying risks and mitigations and you’ll see this in our materials, processes and policies. As you proceed through our recruitment process, we will require evidence of your commitment to Child Safety and we’ll require references, working with children checks and national police checks according to state, territory and national requirements.

We’ll require a Fit and Proper Person Declaration from you, you signing our Code of Conduct, and we’ll require you to undertake a variety of online and face-to-face Child Safety training modules. If this does not work for you, it doesn’t work for us either!

Having said that, we’re keen to bring qualified, committed and enthusiastic people on board and facilitate their progress through our recruitment process, with Child Safety at its core. Check out our Child Safety and Quality Management Policy here if you’ve not already done so.
