Please note that if your exchange program is deferred due to the current border restrictions, please check our FAQs and alternatives to consider should your program be delayed. The FAQs should hopefully answer any questions you may have. You can of course contact your Program Manager should you like to discuss anything further.
Please note that if a student who is going on exchange contracts the Coronavirus just before they leave to go on exchange and cancels their program, then the normal refund policy stated above applies. If a student has been issued with AIG Insurance prior to 2/3/2020, they can lodge a claim with AIG who will determine if they are eligible for recompense.
