We\u2019ll take on board your comments and, if we\u2019re able to, will weave improvements into how we operate and how we communicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What do we mean by \u2018if we\u2019re able to\u2019? Being a registered provider of student exchange programs in each state\/territory of Australia and in New Zealand, comes with many regulations and standards with which we must comply. These regulations and standards, along with domestic and international law, sometimes mean that we can\u2019t change the way we\u2019re doing things and remain compliant. But, if we can improve our approach or clarify our language, we\u2019d like to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each online Focus Group will be facilitated by a senior member of staff and will follow this format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome to Country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction by facilitator and housekeeping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Child Safety statement\/Privacy and confidentiality considerations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledgement\/brief introductions of those present<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What policies and procedures we\u2019ve been reviewing. Your opinion?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What\u2019s on your mind about our materials?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrap up and summary of follow-up action to be taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\"
