Do you love to make a difference in young lives? <\/h3>

Whether you\u2019re seeking to join us as a staff member or local coordinator, your commitment to Child Safety must be paramount. Underpinning all that we do are our efforts to ensure that our participants have a safe experience. We do this by identifying risks and mitigations and you\u2019ll see this in our materials, processes and policies. As you proceed through our recruitment process, we will require evidence of your commitment to Child Safety and we\u2019ll require references, working with children checks and national police checks according to state, territory and national requirements.

We\u2019ll require a Fit and Proper Person Declaration from you, you signing our Code of Conduct, and we\u2019ll require you to undertake a variety of online and face-to-face Child Safety training modules. If this does not work for you, it doesn\u2019t work for us either!

Having said that, we\u2019re keen to bring qualified, committed and enthusiastic people on board and facilitate their progress through our recruitment process, with Child Safety at its core.
