To obtain the partial Scholarship,  your application and initial 30% program fee payment must be received by the relevant deadline shown and two additional installments commencing at the time the student is formally accepted on to the program. If a student withdraws from the program prior to departure our normal cancellation policy applies. Please note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>this rebate can be claimed at the end of your host student&#8217;s exchange program. Please email us at the end of your host student&#8217;s exchange program with your bank details to claim your rebate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this rebate is in addition to any other scholarship or early bird discount you may be eligible for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this rebate can be claimed if your family hosts an inbound student within 24 months either side of your outbound program departure date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible your family must meet the normal eligibility criteria including relevant Working With Children checks. Our students arrive in January, May, June, July &amp; August each year. Our new arrivals will live with a host family and attend a local school.
