2013 International Affairs Scholarship Winner Siobhan Enjoys Paraguay
17 year old, Siobhan, our 2013 International Affairs Scholarship Winner shares with us her happy times in Paraguay.
On exchange for 10 month's, South America has always been on Siobhan's radar. "I've chosen Paraguay because my older sister visited Argentina last year as an exchange student. Her tales have inspired me to visit and learn about South America and it's wonderful food, dancing and music", recalls Siobhan. "Paraguay was my first choice as it's seems richer in indigenous culture, has more beautiful rainforests and is less influenced by Europe", continues Siobhan.
Siobhan is passionate about international affairs and is particularly interested in illegal human organ harvesting.
