Inbound Student Photo Competition Winners Announcement

We are delighted to announce the winners of our inbound Student Photo Competition for 2016.

The competition was open to inbound students who recently completed their exchange or are currently on exchange student through Student Exchange Australia New Zealand. 

A big thank you must go out to everyone who participated, your photo's and captions were fantastic and we will be highlighting them on social media. 

The Top 3 are as follows:

1st Place - Mathieu

"10 months spent in Australia made me growing up and becoming mature in every way. I am realising I can do things that I couldn't even imagine before. I learnt to accept and to challenge myself; I am not afraid anymore to try something new. I've got friends now from all around the world. Those 10 months were an incomparable wealth."

2nd Place - Lea

"This is not easy to sum up this incredible experience...

I left France not really confident, not knowing what I wanted to be. I think I can say that I'm happy with myself now.This is thanks to the truly good friends that I've made and the caring and interesting people that I've met. This year was a concentrate of emotions and adventures. I saw wonderful things across the south island (my favourite place is definitely Abel Tasman national park; Milford is also stunning) and tried crazy things (water skiing; the biggest swing in the world-I wasn't brave enough for the bungy). New Zealand is a pretty special country. There are so many different environments on such a tiny area and the people are also so relaxed and nice. This is for sure not the worst destination ;-)

All those adventures are the best things to live !!"

3rd Prize - Suzanne

"I'm no longer the small town girl I used to be. A new culture, lifestyle and people were central factors that made me the independent, open minded person I have become. Like most exchange students I'm leaving as a new person, and couldn't be more thankful to everyone involved."
