A student exchange program is delivered over a prolonged period and you want to be sure you are dealing with a responsible and professional organisation. At Student Exchange Australia we lay out our service commitment clearly and openly:

• We will provide you with friendly and helpful advice at every stage of the process
• We will support students, families and volunteers throughout the experience and beyond
• We will deal promptly and fairly with issues and concerns
• We will be open and equitable in all our dealings
• We will be there for you if the going gets tough

If at any time you feel we are not living up to this commitment you should let me know because I will do something about it.
